Mental Illness is a Medical Condition that affect a person's Mental Health. Mental Illness is often stigmatized, but it's a medical condition that deserves understanding and support.
Symptoms of Mental Illness
- Start hallucinations - hallucinations are sensory experiences that are not real. They can be a symptoms of Mental Illness. Hallucinations can be caused by Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia and Severe Depression.
- Personality Disorder - a Mental Illness where a person's thoughts, feelings cause distress. It affects the way a person thinks and behaves, making it difficult for them to relate to others.
- Sleeping Disorder - sleeping disorder are conditions that affect a person's ability to fall asleep, stay asleep,or get restful sleep. Common types include Insomnia, Sleep Apnea and Restless leg Syndrome.
- Depression - depression is a Mental Health Disorder that causes persistent feeling of sadness, hopelessness and lost of interest in activities. It can affect a person's mood, thoughts and behaviour.
- Bipolar Disorder - bipolar disorder is a Mental Health Disorder that causes extreme Mood swings that includes emotional highs ( Mania or Hypomania) and lows ( Depression). It can affect a person's energy, activity levels and can cause difficulty in relationships and daily life.
- Anxiety - Excessive Worry, fear and Nervousness. It can affect a person's thoughts, feelings and Behaviours, and can cause physical symptoms such as sweating and rapid heartbeat.
